# Refund Policy

### All sales are final.

**Domain Names**, once reserved, are the property of the purchaser for a period of one year and cannot be refunded once purchased. Domain Names will be automatically renewed unless A+ Systems Group / Q InfoTek is notified in writing at least six weeks before renewal.

**Website Hosting** is paid for one year at a time and cannot be refunded once purchased. Website Hosting will be automatically renewed unless A+ Systems Group / Q InfoTek is notified in writing at least six weeks before renewal.

**Remote Maintenance** contracts are paid for one month at a time and can be cancelled at any time by calling 507-625-5058. Monthly payments will not be refunded. Remote Maintenance contracts will be set up for automatic renewal unless otherwise specified.
